1860-1880 Victorian Hat The types of hat worn so often by Queen Victoria in her time. In many of her later pictures this style sat on top of her head like a crown. Extremely rare-only one I have ever seen in good condition. True Antique Needs Trimming Fabric- Black Velvet and woven threads. Measurements: Front to back 6" Across 8" Front- Lacey Brim 2" high
